We're a small team rebuilding how teams ship software. Engineering hiring is a 23-day, $4,700, 40%-churn process, we replace it with a 2-minute booking. The opportunity is enormous and the team is intentionally lean.

How we work

  • AI-native by default, we use Cursor, Claude, and the matching algorithm we're building, every day.
  • Async-first, in-person quarterly, most days are deep work; we get together as a team every quarter.
  • Ship-then-talk, bias toward shipping the smallest version, learning from real users, then iterating.
  • Compensation, competitive cash + meaningful equity. We tell you the band before the first interview.
  • Health, dental, learning budget, equipment, paid sabbatical at year 4.
