Do I need to be an engineer to join?

No. Creators, recruiters, GTM leaders, agency owners, devtool YouTubers, community moderators, anyone who reaches founders or engineers can join.

How does the 10% / 5% commission work?

Two referral types, both stack. (1) When a founder signs up via your link and pays a weekly invoice, you earn 10% of it forever. (2) When an engineer signs up via your link and gets booked, you earn 5% of their weekly billing forever. Refer either, or both. Same rates regardless of how many you've sent, no tiers, no fine print.

Can I refer both founders AND engineers?

Yes, they stack. If a founder you referred books an engineer you also referred, you earn 10% + 5% = 15% on that booking. Both commissions are paid as separate line items so it's clear where each came from.

How long is the cookie window?

Attribution is via your unique link, with a 30-day cookie. Once they sign up, attribution is permanent, earn for as long as they're on Cadence.

When do I get paid?

Every Friday at 9am UTC, for the prior week's bookings. Direct deposit (India / US / EU / UK) or Wise in 50+ countries. Minimum payout $50.

What if my referral cancels?

You earn for every week they have an active booking. If they pause and come back, attribution stays, you start earning again automatically.

Is there a cap on earnings?

No. Refer 100 founders + 500 engineers if you want, same 10% / 5% on every one of them, every week, forever.
